Synopsis:

There has been much discussion regarding the need to incorporate design thinking into the change management discipline among industry thought leaders. Unfortunately, many practitioners still struggle with where to start and at what stages during a change initiative should design thinking be applied. During this one-hour, interactive webinar, Culture Design’s Jason Burnham will share some simple design principles you can apply to your change and transformation programs. Please join this facilitated discussion to share and learn how to apply design thinking best practices and how to avoid pitfalls that can hinder change success.
